Commission Charge Example
When you let your property through Oaks Estate Agents, you benefit from our unrivalled service and expertise. We are pleased to say that we helped a variety of landlords let their property in a timely and effective manner, we look forward to assisting you with this matter.
The following example outlines how the commission charge is calculated.
If Oaks Estate Agents lets a property on your behalf for a period of 18 months, with a monthly rental of £1,000 per calendar month on a Let Only basis, the fee is charged at 9.6% inc VAT.
This means you will be charged £1,440 + VAT, which amounts to £1,728.
This amount will be expected to be paid to Oaks in advance of the tenancy agreement starting. This amount may vary depending on the length of the tenancy & the letting service agreed upon.
