Key Cutting Services, excluding the cost of keys: £15 + VAT (£18)
Also, the Holding Deposit is equal to 1 Weeks Rent.
Before Move In
You are probably aware that there are up-front costs that must be paid before a tenant moves in. At Oaks Estate Agents, we require 1 months’ rent, less the 1 weeks holding deposit. The security deposit, which will be placed into an approved deposit scheme, is typically 5 week’s rent.
Change Of Sharer
We know that circumstances change, and it may be that a tenant is moving out to be replaced by a new tenant. In these circumstances we deem this to be a change of sharer and there are several administrative matters we must deal with when this occurs. The following charges are our most up to date change of sharer fees.
Administrative Charges: £50+VAT (£60)
